SHE SAID I HAVE TO BE ON A LOW PROTEIN DIET TOO BECAUSE OF THE CONFUSION..LIMIT UR RED MEAT INTAKE N EAT PLENTY OF FRUITS VEGGIES N JUICES LIKE GRAPE CRANBERRY OJ FROM TIME TO TIME DEPPENDING HOW THAT MAKE S U FEEL.. BUT FOR GRAPE SINCE IT IS STRONG U R SUPPOSE TO HAVE 1/3 CUP PER SERVING.. AS WELL AS CRANBERRY JUICE TOO.. OJ AND APPLE JUICE IS HALF A CUP PER SERVING.. DONT OVER DO UR INTAKE OF MEAT IT CAN COAUSE WORSE PROBLEMS WITH UR TUMMY AS WELLAS UR LIVER RED MEAT IS THE HARDEST TO BREAK DOWN...ALL THIS IS FROM RESEARCH AND DOCOTOR S INFO ..
